Welcome to Ravesona, a platform operated by PERVADER Entertainment Group LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of:

• ravesona.com
• All subdomains (including but not limited to game.ravesona.com, support.ravesona.com)
• Any associated services, tools, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”)

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY (18+ ONLY)

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. USER ACCOUNTS

You may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. USER CONTENT & LICENSE GRANT

A. Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including:

• Images
• Text
• Ravesona profiles
• Any other submitted materials (“User Content”)

B. License to Company

By uploading User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

• Use
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Process
• Display
• Print
• Distribute

your User Content solely for purposes of:

• Producing and delivering your Ravesona cards
• Operating and improving the Platform
• Displaying your public Ravesona profile (if enabled)
• Marketing and promoting the Platform (unless you opt out where applicable)

C. Representation of Rights

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to your User Content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Uses another person’s likeness without permission
• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Is obscene, abusive, or harmful
• Promotes violence or harassment

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (COMPANY OWNERSHIP)

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform are owned exclusively by the Company, including:

• Card templates and designs
• Game mechanics and systems (including stat systems and gameplay rules)
• Software, code, and architecture
• Branding, logos, and visual assets
• Ravesona system structure and identity framework

No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

A. Takedown Requests

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a notice including:

• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL or location of infringing material
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement under penalty of perjury
• Your signature

B. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your contact information
• Identification of removed content
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Consent to jurisdiction

7. ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

• You may only purchase your own Ravesona cards
• All other cards are acquired through user interaction (trading, gifting, etc.)
• Orders are processed through third-party fulfillment providers

We do not guarantee delivery timelines.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect
• Incidental
• Consequential
• Special damages

Our total liability shall not exceed:

The total amount paid by you for your order

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

10. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

A. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.

B. Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, and not as part of:

• Class actions
• Collective actions

C. Exceptions

We may seek injunctive relief in court for:

• Intellectual property violations
• Misuse of the Platform

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of the State of Nebraska
• Applicable United States federal law

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update this policy at any time.  Platform users will be given notice via their registered email address when the policy is changed or updated.  Continued use of the website is considered your acceptance of the Terms of Service regardless of if you recieve the email notification or not.

• Operate the Platform
• Produce and deliver cards
• Maintain user accounts
